Dale Lattanzio

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dale Lattanzio is the Chief Executive Officer of Isurus. Dale previously co-founded DRC Capital (now DRC Savills IM) where he pioneered the emergence of investment vehicles dedicated to real estate debt investing in Europe. Prior to establishing DRC Capital, Dale was the Head of Fixed Income, Currencies, & Commodities (Americas) and Co-Head of Commercial Real Estate at Merrill Lynch. Dale holds degrees from Dartmouth College (BA) & Columbia University (MBA).

Will Brewster

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Will Brewster is the Chief Operating Officer of Isurus. Will previously held the role of Head of Asset Management at DRC Capital. He was a member of the firm’s investment committee responsible for the oversight of over £4bn in commercial real estate credit strategies across the UK and Europe. Will’s earlier career was spent with Clifford Chance as a UK qualified lawyer. Will holds degrees from Oxford University (MA) & University of Cambridge (MPhil).

Dale Lattanzio Jr.

Vice President

Mr. Dale Lattanzio Jr. is the Vice President of Isurus. Previously an investment manager with over five years investment experience, Dale Jr. co-founded Savills IM’s natural capital investment business, where he was responsible for raising £100m of seed capital as well as executing the investment strategies. Dale was also previously a member of the DRC Capital investment team, executing over £800m of investments. Dale Jr. holds a BA from The College of William & Mary.
